Fine Blanking & High-Quality Surface Finishing
An exclusive 3250KN hydraulic press is adopted for fine blanking, providing brake pads back plates with excellent flatness and edge perpendicularity (within ±0.0125mm).
An integrated deburring machine removes burrs precisely, eliminating edge defects and improving compatibility with subsequent assembly processes.
Both fine blanking and deburring processes are synchronized with the quality control nodes of Fu Chun Jiang Innov Brake Pads Machines, ensuring consistent product quality across all batches.
